In all our years of bringing food to parties and pot lucks, we haven’t met many people who dislike meatballs. They are a major draw at any buffet table. Sometimes we get bored with making the same old recipe. When that happens, we dig out this recipe and Make Some Tasty Turkey and Mushroom Meatballs for Some Variety.
This is one of our favorite meatball recipes and yields about 18 (1 1/2–inch) meatballs. Since we are taking the time to make them anyway, we often make a double batch so that we can freeze half for later use.
